Although, it makes no difference. Dikstra is still a prick regardless, without spoilers. Dijkstra gives you 1000 gold if you tell him where the treasure is. Without spoiling anything, yes you can still find Dandelion if you ask about the treasure. I like to do it that way because it adds another element to the story.
