I scored 9 points fewer on NBME11 and 20 points fewer on NBME9, compared to my UWSA1. Some of the questions, and even few of the explanations imo, will make you pull your hair out. The order you take NBMEs doesn't matter that much. The important thing is to take as many practice tests as you can. My rule of thumb though is to save the UWSAs and the more recent NBMEs (higher numbered NBMEs) for the end and to take the older NBMEs (lower number NBMEs) in the beginning. Good luck!
