One is an anti-tank guided missile and the other is a man portable self guided anti-tank weapon. The javelin is great for short to medium range targets and the ATGM is better suited for longer range targets. In most of the stugna-p videos I've seen they seem to be really far away and the enemy didn't have a clue. Stugna-P is operated remotely, but still from relatively close to the launcher. I think the default model has 50 meters of cable, so they're relatively close by, but hopefully dug in.
